Negotiations are often successful with our ability to win the arguments.The ability to negotiate and make our opponent accepting our demands can lead to many successful meetings.Many companies mainly focus on their ability to make their investors believe in them to survive.So what are the main things that can lead to a successful board meeting?

 In order to find the find underlying assumptions of a successful deal, researchers at MIT have found a way to know this.Professors at MIT Sloan school of management have found a way.The study shows that the mood of each party is responsible for the success of a negotiation.To find more about the things affecting the negotiations, researchers invited undergrad students and employees of a shipping company who undertook repeated negotiations on fuel prices.

The results were interesting...
The ones who felt pride about their skills in the first round suffered severely in the second round.

So, Is Pride the reason for our unsuccessful negotiations???
 Yes...
But, don't worry they got the solution too.
Researchers believe that the negotiator should have a more balanced way of negotiating the deals in order to achieve success.
